       can i make ranks and i give it to ppls? like JM=Junior member
       something like that? those ranks cannot be reached with posts
       etc etc only admins who can give it to the players?

       Yes, this can be done.
       Instructions below,
       Administration Control Panel - > Member Groups - > Add Member
       Group.
       You need to change the "Group Type" to "Protected" (Only
       Administrators can manage, and assign members to this group.)
