What is going on guys this is the second time in 30 days our has
gone down

I have also tried to access other sites on the same server and
they are all down. Can this be looked into please ?
It appears to be something to do with the DNS and I can ping
184.171.171.98 and I can access the default website (without my
domain name)

This is a problem for all users with their own custom
domains--CreateAForum is looking into this problem. ;)

DDOS attack stopping the server from resolving the domain name.
Don't PhoenixNAP have protection on their servers ?
