       Accounts aren't being registered!!!

       so i just got the forum to a point where i can run it, so i
       decided to make a test account to see what it's be like, but it
       got an error and the account was not made!! what is this and how
       do i fix it??

       just said "An Error Has Occurred!" right after the fill in the
       information
