Forum Down

As per the instructions, I have been trying to get iPage to
point the name servers to the IP 184.171.171.98.
After two weeks of communications, I have given up the idea of
iPage. Can I transfer my domain name www.freezonesreview.com to
some other registrar (Godaddy for example?).
Thank you.

Yes you can transfer to ipages as an option.
Last restore option you can try pointed an A record to
184.171.171.98 if they have a dns system

Thanks for the response.
In fact I am trying to transfer / move away from iPage (not
transfer to iPage) as they were not able to fix the issue over
the last 14 days.
Now that I am planning to transfer the domain to GoDaddy, please
advise the steps that I need to follow (to point the domain to
my forum).
By the way, do you keep any back-up files of the forums with
custom names? While I try to get the forum online again, it
would be great to have the content/back up files to work on.
Thank you so much.
I would be interested to know if any other forum owners faced
this issue.

The response from iPage (after 18 days), says the following;

Fixed.
I see what happened after you had nameservers fixed we still had
the old ip in there since we made a custom change to your mx
record and made the file read only.
