''Please contact the forum owner'' Error On Createaforum.com
I, My forum Users & Visitors have been seeing ''Please contact
the forum owner'' while trying to access my forum. Some Visitors
can't view nor access the forum But Only saw ''Please contact
the forum owner''
CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM:
To my own Knowledge, I thought that this was caused due some
banned IP Addresses at other CreateAforum forums Database.
For Example;
* When A user's IP Address is banned at one of the
CreateAforum free forum, It means that his IP Address is also
banned in all other CreateAforum forever even without visiting
nor creating an Account on the other sites. And He cannot access
nor create an Account on CreateAforum.com or any other
CreateAforum Forum.
* If ''John Stev'' IP Addresses is banned at
HTML http://abc.createaforum.com
, that means ''John Stev'' Or any
Visitor with Same IP Address with Him cannot access nor create
an Account on
HTML http://CreateAforum.com
,
HTML http://xbrainsforum.createaforum.com
or any other CreateAforum
sites/forum.
* Even if another User ''Alex Mark'' using the same IP
Addresses with ''John Stev'' tries to access other Createaforum
Forum, He can't but can only see ''Please contact the forum
owner''.
* ''John Stev'' was only banned at abc.createaforum.com but
Whenever another User with same IP Address try to excess other
createaforum Forum (

I hope the Admin Understands what am talking about because it's
so unbearable for me and my Users at My forum. Even some times
when I try to visit my Forum, I will only see ''Please contact
the forum owner''. I have tried my possible means to handle this
Issue but beyond my permission.
NOTICE: Last 5weeks, I notice that After The Createaforum
Shifting Of Server to the Current one, the Problem seems to have
Stopped, but Resumed Again after 4weeks of Shifting Of The
Server.
MY QUESTIONS: Admin Of Createaforum.com, Is there any possible
means to handle this Issue because This has been Blocking both
Me, My Forum Users And Guests from My Country From Accessing my
Forum.
What Should I Do?

The problem has returned, I have someone on my forum who wishes
to register and received that same message

You can disable under
Administration Center » Registration » Settings -> "Disable
StopForumSpam checks on registration"
