Forgot password

Hi I hope someone can help.
I forgot my passowrd, after changing the way my username was
dispalyed.
So I went thought the followog, but I am getting stuck in a
loop.
Click on forgot password on the login page
I enter my username on the next page
It goes to the authentification reminder page
and says
"A mail has been sent to your email address. Click the link in
that mail to set a new password."
It sends me a link to my email.
I click on the emailed linklink, but it is taking me to
Authentification page and asking for my username
I enter my username, but it takes me to a page say ing it has
end me a link to my email.
I click on the amil link etc... and am back at the same page as
before
I have set up a new username, becasue I cannot log a help call
becasue I am not logged in. That is a bit cruel.

I cannot specifically help you with this- but I will tell you
that CAF is going to ask for the username and for your board
URL. ;)
