Help!

In the log in area at the top of my forum, inside the blanks are
dashes and dots, and I think I put them there, and I don't
remember how to take them off; I want it to be blank again.
Kind of what it looks like:

|____________| <--Username box
_____________
| . . . . . . . . . . |
|_________________| <--Password box
^ those are password protection dots
Is it my password? I don't know. It is the same amount of
characters, but I can't see it.

You probably allowed your web browser to remember your password,
you'll need to remove it from your browser.

I think web browsers also remember usernames too.

My username isn't "---". I think I remember putting the dashes
there in my settings, but I don't remember how I did it.
