I do have geoban for Russia China, Urkriaine.
But the error message should change if it is that ban.

The test won't work since I don't kill off the connection just
display a message.

Can't you just remove my site from all the bans because I have
friends in Russia too who will likely want to join. We can
manage fine without geo and IP bans in place.
I would appreciate it as most of my contacts and potential
sponsors are in China .

Well I don't know what to tell him.
Since I've established that his ( Chinese) government isn't
blocking the Createaforum IP so it's not that. Is this is
actually your message below which he constantly receives ?
