Some folks from China cannot access my site

Hi Createaforum. Would it be possible to make an exception for
my site so it does not block any IP's from registering or
browsing the forums I have created please ?
I can't work with the people I need to if they cannot access or
register.

I just wanted to add that by opting out of the restricted IP
blocking that I am fully aware of the potential spamming issues
and I take full responsibility for keeping this under control.
I have several staff who will actively watch out for spamming
along with myself.
I have registration restrictions in place with questions upon
registration as well as the captcha system.
Should a problem become difficult to manage in the future, I
will request to opt back in to the restricted IP blocking
system. (if possible)

Quick update. The problem persists. The message is "Contact
Support for help" is there some waiting time before they can
access the site ?

Something is still blocking access. Here is a screen shot from
the person trying to gain access. (This person is in China)

Added them to the list ?? but are they still having issues?

Still no go.
He's tried different PC's, different IP addresses and still the
same message as in the screenshot above.
It looks like you have a geographical location ban in place
