Authentication failures for members

Our site Brokenvows is experiencing login failures primarily
from the login boxes in the top left hand corner. I have tried
mac's and PC's, safari, firefox, chrome and IE and all fail. Is
there something going on with the authentication for the site.
It does not affect all users, but the ones it does it does so
consistently. User usually get logged in on the second try.

What is the exact error message?

Login failed and it brings up the sign in in the middle of the
page replacing the portal opening page. Its been reported to me
by two other members and I am experiencing it as Admin. The
rest have not seen it.
Now I am seeing this and getting locked out.

I tried creating one and it works all the time. The one that is
failing on me is my admin account and I don't want to put the
password out here.
Well after going through the password reset procedure my admin
account is working everytime now, very weird. So I can't
recreate it at the moment unfortunately.

I guess I will have to wait till it recurs. I hate intermittent
problems. Thank you I will return if it happens again.
