       shout box

       I now have shout box at the top after paying the fee and chat
       box two chat box is now fine every one can use it. but shout box
       at the top of the forum is there but when I type some thing and
       click on shout noting comes up in it I have tried all sorts to
       tri and sort it been on with it agers now whot am I doing rong
