Yes you can with a custom domain under the Domain Manager

You can a domain at goddaddy.com i have guides for that and
there is a link in the domain manager for it.

yes i saw your guide and i am so sorry i dont understand it,and
there are three choices
it says get a website,get a domain etc which do i order

i cannot do it its to complicated,i dont have a clue what name
servers and ip adresses i dont know where they are or where they
go sigh
