Replying to Private Message

So there's a member on my forums saying she can't reply to
private messages. "Error" comes up everytime she hits the
'reply' button. However, if she sends a new PM (instead of
repying), there's absolutely no problem. Does anyone know why
this is happening and how/if I could change it?

She says it's the last version of Firefox.

Do you have any scripts codes on your site in headers/footers?

She told me now it only comes up at times. There are times she
can reply without getting the "error" thing.
On the headers, I have jquery and the auto-resize images code.
On the footers I have the codes for the smileys.

I have the same problem as well, and I have tried it on all
browsers. I even made a new testing account to try for myself.
