       Hi
       i have a problem with my forum, my friends when they try to
       log in the Forum, they say that a message "Contact the Forum
       Owner" appears in there browser.
       What is the Problem i can find it ? can someone help !!!!!!!!!
       in the complains of other members i saw that " its because of
       Country Blacklist thing", so
       What is that ? Where can i see the Blacklist Country list? and
       How to remove a country from the the Blacklist list?
       Plz Help!!!!!!!!!
