Facebook tag sort of thing

Hi Everyone :)
Just wondering if there is a code for something like tagging
members, so they get notified when they are tagged in a post, im
a member on a forum that does this and it is really usefull. So,
like i say, just wondering, is there a code, or could somebody
make a code? :) my HTML or css isnt exactly fantastic! :D

We do not have a tagging system for members yet in posts.

Ok, Thanks anyway :) this is the best free forum system ive
used yet anyway, does pretty everything i want :)
