       Hi JEV! I really appreciate all your help. I appreciate
       everyone's help. After some research and help from here, I've
       accepted the fact that my forum accepts some people but not
       others. It could be their browser, e-mail service, where they
       live. Not sure. I will continue to analyse this and let you all
       know if I find something that can help clarify the main reasons
       why this is occurring.
