BIG Youtube Problem

Above is the part of the youtube url I place in between the tags
which are supposed to show the video itself where you click the
arrow in the middle of the video to play as opposed to posting
the entire link that just brings you to the youtube site itself.
For some reason, the video isn't showing. Am I doing something
wrong?
I'm trying to get it to look like these:

I think you don't need the tags. Just post the full link (try to
get it as simple as possible) and don't do anything else. It
should work :)

Yeah Our system doesn't use tags just the url entered
