       i had this email
       shell spectrum,
       
       The attachments folder at Autism And Aspergers In The Family
       Support Forum is almost full. Please visit the forum to resolve
       this problem.
       
       Once the attachments folder reaches it's maximum permitted size
       users will not be able to continue to post attachments or upload
       custom avatars (If enabled).

       i have set settings to 0 but it still wont let me upload anymore

       Means you have exceeded your filespace you can either delete old
       files or upgrade for more attachment space.
