       Go in eportel  enble it then go in eportel manger and click on
       left side add on in there is the shoutbox click save.
       Enble the shoutbox in eportel settings

       Yes, you can add a built-in shoutbox that way. Or you could also
       add a higher-quality chatbox. Some good chatboxes are xat.com,
       chatbutton.com, etc. You can add a new page to the forum in Page
       Manager, and then add a link to your chatbox. I can clarify if
       you want, hope this helps. ;)
