I have just recently purchased a domain name, and I would like
to know how to completely transfer my site to it. The address is
HTML http://clansofthewaterfalls.createaforum.com/index.php
I have tried the domain name instructions, but they do not work.
I did not purchase the name using "Godaddy."
Thanks!

Hmm not familiar with them.
You would need to contact their support.
You would need to create two nameservers
ns1.clansofthewaterfalls.com and ns2.clansofthewaterfalls.com
And have them pointed to the ip address of 68.233.250.132
Then have the domain pointed to ns1.clansofthewaterfalls.com and
ns2.clansofthewaterfalls.com
Here is your dns report
HTML http://intodns.com/clansofthewaterfalls.com

Okay, I did contact them previously, they had told me to contact
you.
I will try that and see if it works.

I have been talking with my domain/hosting provider and they
said that in order to transfer the site
clansofthewaterfalls.createafourm.com over to the new
hosting/domain site that I would need access to the files to
transfer them. Is there a way to access the files?

Ask CreateAForum
HTML http://support.createaforum.com/index.php?action=profile;u=1
if
he can do it.

They're thinking that you want to move to a different host. Tell
them that you just want to change your domain to the one you
bought from them.
