i cant customize the images

I try to customize the images, but they dont change at all! is
there something im doing wrong?

The board icons saying if they have new posts or not. Do they
need a specific file name?

I mean changing the whole new post thing, not the ones inside
the boards area in the admin center (unless I interpreted this
wrong)
I also tried with a few others, with no luck.

You have to have the right size, click the image from like
google images and do more sizes.
