       I am requesting the admins of createaforum to help me fix the
       error of my forums. This error is generated when one of my
       friend from Philippines is trying to login to the forums.

       If you want me to send my friend's IP so you can unblock it I
       can send it too....
       I will be glad if you can fix this up.

       It says "Contact the forum owner" to the group of people who are
       from philippines. I guess the IP's are needed to be set on
       exception.
       I am requesting you to fix this on the above link as well as one
       more forums which is jointly owned by me and one of my friend.
