Collapsing Categpries

Greetings
When I created new categories I checked the box for "Allow users
to collapse this category"
There seems no way to select "collapse"on the Category title
banner.
Is there something else that needs to be enabled?

It was an old feature that we removed no longer possible.

Not at this time since I removed it for performance and page
load speed.
