adding logo

I'm new to all this
i have a groiup on FB which already has 400+members and I feel
we need to move on from FB
i am trying to work out things as i go
this is me

I have the 'light' style
i have worked out how to add boards, catorgories, calendar and
albums so don't think i'm doing too bad but i'm stumped on
adding a picture or logo at the top
the images i am after are either of attached
i think what i need is in
style manager, headers and footers,
but when i get there i just get confused
thanks for any help or advice
