       Is there any way you can Create Special Fields on the Gallery
       when Posting a Picture?

       You can do this in the gallery already.
       You have to add the custom field on a category level. Edit a
       category then scroll to the bottom where custom fields are.

       I don't see where you can Create Custom Fields anywhere.
       Also, is there a Way that I can Duplicate Pictures to put in
       another Category without removing them from their Current
       Category?

       You could upload the picture again and send it to the other
       gallery...
