Modify post Quote not working

I can not modify my own post and had to ask other moderators to
do it for me today. I am the only ADMIN with all permissions
yet I cant change my post? ??? ???
Also just clicking Quote post doesnt work for anyone anymore. It
just hangs up and says loading but never does. We found a way
or two that takes about 3 extra steps.
Wonder why all the glitches.

Turn on quick reply for all members and and yourself and that
should fix the issue.

Admin -> Layout Settings -> Member Options
There are two links on that page you have reset default options
and the member options.
