       How to make ''Announcements'' topic on portal [read pls]

       title says it all, i need announcements topics to be on the
       portal.
       but how? and i just need it for mod/admin/owner.
       so ye, pls reply and help me!

       I work a lot with the portals and having different topics show
       up for different types of groups in blocks, but not show up for
       others.
       What precisely is it you want to do and I'll guide you through
       it. Could you be more specific?
       Is it a particular board that you want to show up in an Ezblock
       that will only show up for Staff and not show anything BUT the
       announcements? Or is it something else you are looking to do?
