Is it possible in CreateAForum?

I've seen administrators/moderators using [mod][/mod] or
[admin][/admin] to type a message in a box titled 'Admin
Message' or 'Moderator Message'
Is it possible in CAF?

I don't really understand the question, are you asking for
something like [mod]MESSAGE[/mod] to display MESSAGE only for
moderators?

You mean when/if a Moderator edits a post, it shows a Moderator
message underneath the post?
I've seen this on an SMF forum I was a Mod for before, but when
you went to edit the message it had a small box underneath the
text box that had "Reason for Edit" and then you typed in the
reason.
Is that what you mean? I'm just curious because I've wondered
something similar as well. :)

When using [mod[/mod] as moderator, you automatically create a
box titled 'Message from Moderator'.

No, all forum users.
Here is an example:
A user posts something that contains offensive language, a
moderator intervenes.
The original post by the offender: You black cunt!
Since moderators are allowed to edit posts, he edits the
offender's post and adds a box in the bottom via [mod][/mod] and
types something like this: [mod]Please cease your offensive
behaviour.[/mod]
Users can see a BOX with the 'Please cease your offensive
behaviour' INSIDE it and the box is titled MESSAGE FROM
MODERATOR
