Create a forum is slow...

Hi, on my computer, all of my internet windows are fast, (i have
windows 7 btw) and then when i get to create a forum its real
slow, can you think of any way i can improve the speed? ???

Mine is the same. A few members have said they get timed out or
it takes ages to load.

Yeah, it takes ages to load my forum and this one... Create A
Forum should read this and try to fix it! ::)

We have also had changes to the forum not save .. or time out.

Everyone on my Forum is having same issues with some serious lag
time as well.
