Warning/Ban suggestion

Another suggestion.
Could it be possible for an admin to type in a list of usernames
that are not allowed to get warnings or get banned?
Like, I'm a mod and I don't like the admin, so I ban them.
Could it be possible for the administrators of the forums to
type usernames that cannot receive warnings/bans from other
members that can give warnings/bans?

lol the admin has more power than a moderator. Admins have
protection from getting banned by a moderator.
This rest of this just doesn't seem possible.
