       I'm wondering how to delete posts made by members on my forum.

       Just click on the remove link near the top right side when
       viewing the post.

       I worded it wrong.. I meant how to reset a members post count?

       Go to their profile > Forum Profile Information and set their
       posts to 0. It'll begin counting from the time you did that.
