       Referral System Addon

       New referral system addon added. This system adds a  refferals
       counter under each members name in a post. And adds a refferal
       link in the profile that can be used to refer a member to the
       forum. And a spot on registration to enter the membername of the
       referral.
       Tracks by either a cookie or the username entered on
       registration.
       You can enable this addon under Addons -> Referral System
       Create A Forum
