need help sorting my files

hi i need help using a programme called ezportal or mediafire
express they both sort out your files for you so i just wanted
to say does anyone know how to create a downloads section on my
forum and then i have to use one of the programmes to upload my
files and then people can then go to the downloads section and
and see my files and download my files so has anyone know the
best way to do this thanks

Best thing to do would be to upload your files to a file sharing
site and then post the links in an EzPortal block or create a
page with the links on it.
