       Remove an admin account that has never been used.

       As above,. is this possible,.just read your guides and feel I
       would like to maintain complete control.
       User (with admin) has not yet logged in.
       I will set the person as moderator and adjust settings
       accordingly,.

       Yes just go to the profile and change their membergroup under
       account settings
