Warning/Infraction system suggestion

I have a suggestion for the warning system.. Like is it possible
to not allow members to give infractions to other ones who can?
Like, mods can't give infractions to admins and admins can't
give infractions to mods.. Some of my admins has been giving me
infraction.. Also I created a member group called Special
members where they can give out infractions.. So could it be
possible for the people who can give infractions not able to
give them to others who can as well?

this sound like a big game too me :] I get what you mean I have
a group so if someone get warning there name in there and they
only have serten things to do
