Help!!No maintance mode for me?

Hi bros..
Whenever i try to put my board in download mode it saves and
then my forum is unaccessible...
It shows there was some error writing php file...
My forum was back thx to our admin createaforum.
But i fear if i try to put it again in maintance mode it would
again broke and what if this time my forum is not back and all
data is gone??
Is this a bug or just the problem with my forum?
Pls someone help!!
I need to put it in download mode!!

No need for The code Now....
I have decided To stay :D
Beacause i have 315+ members In less than 1 month.. & I dont
wana cause trouble to them by moving...
&
Also because the createaforum staff is so help full..
For eg:-Createaforum repaired my forum more than 10 times
without saying anything...
