       1.I don't understand how to make non staffs(regular member) to
       not be able to lock topics.
       2. Is there anyway i could make guest to post in a certain
       board.
       3. How could i make a staff post that can do anything an admin
       can do.

       1) Check the permissions
       2) Edit the board you want the guest to post in and check the
       checkbox for guests
       3) Make a new membergroup and give it all permissions available

       2 cannot be done because the person has to be registered to
       post. If you look at the permissions for "Guest" they don't even
       have a post setting.
