       Just want to ask if my created forum gets backed-up or can I
       manually backed it up?

       Sorry Just a newbie on administration thingy on SMF forums , One
       more thing, do we need to pay for traffic that will incur in
       accessing the forum ? Im just planning for my expenses :(

       No there is no need to pay for anything.  Unless you want to
       remove advertisements or get some other upgrades for your forum.
       There are no size limits for your forum
