I think some countries can't register? My friends in russia
complain of a msg like 'please contact the forum owner...4'' sth
like that.
Why this complaint?

Hey Michel,
You need to Tell me what Browser he is using Some browser Does
not Work
Or maybe you need to remote controll Him computer to the right
site If he spelled it wrong Or something
All countires Can log into any forum sites

createaforum has disabled registering from russia if you make
him an account he will be able to use the forums regularly same
with the singapore probably
