can't log out

I can't log out it pop up as this
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in
again, and then try again.
I refresh the page 20 times and still didn't work

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. See if that
helps.

It's saying im log in but if I go on the site on a other
computer it says im log off and im a guest

section.

Did you clear your browser's cache like I suggested? And what
browser are you using?

all my cookies are clear still saying im online. I am using my
3Ds now but it started on my micsoft computer window 7
