Guest Posting

Is there any way to make it so guests can post to a board
without having to require the verification?
I saw in the Security and Moderation options that I could
"uncheck" this option, but then when I hit save it will just go
back to being checked. I'm assuming this means that I can't turn
it off?
I just wanted to check, just in case it was a bug.

No way to turn it off. I have it enabled for all forums no
matter what setting is enabled. Have to remove that setting in
the admin area.

Okay, that's fine. I assume it's better that way so we can avoid
bots posting.

Yeah that's why I did it and mostly if someone abandons their
forum it does not get filled up with spam posts.
