Can you elaborate on what you mean by "game organized exp."?
The way you can accomplish banning from posting only creating a
membergroup called "muted" or whatever and make it so that they
have the same permissions as other members, but remove their
ability to reply or post in topics.
Population status.. are you talking about something similar to
the info center at the bottom of each forum? Please explain..
And I'm assuming you meant "banners"? as in signatures?

I am surprised this suggestion hasn't been considered. Suppose
a forum owner adds a new admin and his account is deleted by the
new admin, what can he do? (other than keep whining on these
support boards..:p)

It is policy here that we don't get involved in inner forum
conflict.
It is up to you who you add as an administrator. You know full
well that doing so will give them the power to do that. It has
happened to me before as well. But there is nothing that
can/will be done on our end or by the CAF administrator himself.

he was a member he hacked admin I have proof he did ban me I had
to get CAF to unbann me cus there was no block on wed maker ban

Hacked? Or used a known password?
It's important to be careful with who has what information. And
who you make as administrator.
