       [glow=red,2,300]K, so on my forums, I'm trying to make my new
       rank I made have admin powers but like it only give options for
       it to be modcand global mod?[/glow]

       Hi,
       You cannot use administrator as a group to inherit powers from.
       If you wish a group to have "administrator" powers (all), you
       must go to Admin>CP>Permissions>(Group Name)>Modify.
       From here, basically check off every box and they will have
       power to access the Admin CP, etc.
