Shout box

On our EzPortal page if the mouse is dragged over the text entry
box for the shoutbox the Todays Birthdays EzBlock moves down the
column. If I refresh the page the birthday block moves to it's
original position.

So.... What's the problem then? It takes EzPortal settings a few
seconds to actually reflect.

thet problem was, the birthday box was moving down the column
without there being anything in the shout box. It was happening
by just hovering the mouse cursor over the text area where you
can type what you want your shout content to be. It was a
problem. I fixed it.
