       Setting My Forum's Time

       I am having trouble setting my forum's time.  At the moment it
       shows the current date and time as March 12, 2012 at 5:33 PM and
       it is March 13, 2012 at 1:37 AM.  When I click on Auto Detect it
       shows an 8 in the window but the time still isn't right.  I have
       tried adding a + and a - and even changed the 8 to several
       different numbers and the time and date never change.  What am I
       doing wrong?
