       Google Question

       Is Createaforum in the google search engines? I have very few
       guests and visitors that view the forum.  How can this be
       increased?  I've added the forum URL to google, but it's still
       not in the search engine.

       It's best to spread your forum's link across as many websites as
       possible. Google bots will pick up the link then go to it and
       check your website out. Once recorded, your website will earn a
       spot in Google's search results however don't expect it to be
       within the first page, especially if you have a forum name that
       other websites of forums may have.

       Search results are ordered in a special way based on the words
       that were entered into the search engine. You can read more

       What I can suggest for you to do if you want to promote your
       forum is this:
       1. Add your board link to your personal website if you have one
       or a friend's site
       2. Tell your friends and other people about your board. With
       social networking sites this becomes a lot easier.
       3. Find sites that have the same kind of content and see if you
       can do an "affiliate" type thing. You post their link on YOUR
       board, in exchange for them posting your link on their board.
       4. Have good content. If you do all this advertising but have
       nothing interesting on your board, people won't stay. Sure,
       you'll have a lot of people sign up as members, but keeping them
       around is what's important.
