adding custom smileys issue

The co-administrator is trying to add smileys to our forum from
Photobucket, but the smileys are not visible after coding in.
What are the instructions to correct this?

Admire, do you have the Custom Smileys upgrade on your forum?
We need your forum URL, the code he tried to use, and a little
more information on what exactly you've done so far so that we
can help you.

Here's the message from the Co-Administrator in regards to
uploading the smileys issue:
-Couldn't upload smileys
-Kept having problems with the URL
-Instructions are to place photobucket album name there, but the
forum URL name is there instead

Ok. Well I still need to know if you have purchased the Custom
Smileys upgrade or not.
And I also need to know exactly what you've done so far to try
to add these smileys. The process, the codes, the picture URLs,
etc.
If we don't have that information there is not a lot that we can
help you with.
Is it possible to have your Co-Admin post here in this thread to
make it easier to communicate? So that we can know exactly what
they've done and you don't have to relay messages back in forth?

Yes, we have the custom smileys forum upgrade. I will ask the
Co-Administrator to post here.
