       What do backers not get???

       A lot of smart backers who understand the tech post on the
       campaign site. These smart backers understand the tech but don't
       understand the refund problem.
       Kickstarter's TOS are written to protect Kickstarter from giving
       refunds for this sort of scam and Kickstarter has a lot of
       expensive lawyers to defend the TOS. Backers can't afford to go
       up against Kickstarter and it knows that.
       The tjeker company was set up a year ago and Morgan had good
       advice on using it to protect him. He sent out a useless product
       to fulfill his end of the deal and it doesn't matter what the
       name of the company is. The campaign didn't say Transcendent
       would fulfill the order, it said creator would fulfill the
       order.
       The money is gone!!! Morgan spent it, protected it, and hid it.
       Only way to get back at this scam is to post comments on the app
       about the crappy product. Use facts not personal insults. This
       campaign was set up to do exactly what it did. Campaigns like
       this are an industry that gets as much money as possible for
       products that aren't near being ready for production. Google it.
       Backers got had. Let others know so Morgan can't do it again and
       move on. No one is getting anything that will work as advertised
       doesn't matter what it's  called.

       Good point, posting the T&C from Kickstarter is the equivalent
       of taping a burger to your face if you are hungry.
