       Refunds

Kickstarter gave Morgan his money minus its cut within weeks of
the campaign ending. No way is it going to set a precedent by
refunding money it no longer has. There is no point in asking
       Kickstarter for a refund.
We might try covering up his LinkedIn page with comments and
questions, nothing abusive, just legit questions. Might try
getting a reporter in Santa Monica interested in writing a
story, but that address is probably a virtual office. A class
action lawyer will want expenses and a third of the settlement,
not worth the time. Morgan is probably smarter than the product
and his emails show. He probably put any remaining money
       offshore.
Maybe go after Morgan in court. Prove the campaign was a fraud.
Product was a mockup, reviewers received something for writing
about a product they never saw. Again, there is no money
anywhere to get. Any of it is a long shot. Best to keep letting
people know product sucks. Not let him do it again.
Who is the Anthony Lund that gave his unit a 4 star review last
week on Google? How did he get his?

There is no money to get in the US. BM spent it or hid it. The
post on kick about him registering the new company a year ago
       says it all.
