I’m pretty sure the device asked me for the WiFi network SSID
and password prior to allowing me to sync via QR code. Have you
tried the pinhole reset button above the power button?
I would gladly reset mine and double check the steps but I just
shipped it back off to Brent to have him fix mine. My device
does not seem to charge or hold a charge and powers off as soon
as the charging cable is removed.
Brent replies really quickly if you do choose to reach out to
him. I emailed over the weekend and received a phone call from
him yesterday. He might have some more insight or advise you as
to whether or not something is faulty with the hardware.

kchotai, I've tried the pin hole reset and that doesn't help
with my issues. If I power cycle the tablet I cant get the
Dsply app to come up again. The tablet cycles through
'reconnecting: network was disabled' and 'disconnected'
messages. The only way I can get the Dsply app to come back up
is to factory reset the tablet. When the Dsply app works I
see the following, confirmation screen talking about updating
apps based on the T&C, selection screen between android phone
and iphone, QR code. The QR code only lists ios T1. When I
look at the tablet setting the only wireless and network setting
I have are airplane mode and tethering.
I've already sent all of my issues to the support email. I have
received some quick responses but none of them provide any
information that has helped.
Suggestions I've been given: make sure your phone is on a
strong WIFI. I've tried the setup process on different networks
but this still doesn't make sense since I have never been able
to enter WIFI setting into the tablet.

I received mine, but I can only get it to work as stand alone
tabled. It connected to iPhone,synced but not mirroring. Iphone
has screen saying devices synced but nothing mirroring.
